Refund Policy

As some people may have an allergic reaction to certain materials, please be certain and read all product descriptions very careful before purchase.

Vi Ling jewelry has been created with the utmost love and care. Jewelry Care cards are provided with every order to help prolong the life of each piece. We are not responsible for jewelry that has natural wear and tear over time. We do not offer replacement items.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they are received.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Vi Ling is pleased to offer a return within 14 days of your order’s arrival. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Sale items, items purchased using a promotional code and International orders are final sale.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

*All purchases made between November 26-December 26, 2014 may be exchanged for refund or exchange through January 9, 2015. (this section should be updated since 1/9/2015 ended)
 

EXCHANGE

Not the right size or need a change in color? We accept exchanges on items for the different size or color within 14 days of your orders arrival.
 

REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS

For a refund or exchange, please email us requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Care@vilingdesigns.com
Your order will not be processed without an RMA. Please include the original receipt within the package with the RMA # and reason for refund or exchange. If we haven’t received your return 14 days from the request date, your RMA will no longer be valid or accepted. Items returned must be in the same quality as they were when sent to you.
 

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. To prevent lost packages, best to purchase additional tracking information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable returned packages. Items are delicate and must be packaged in the original box to ensure it will not have any damages during transit.
